There are six straps, offering plenty of adjustment, and, as with our winner, it can take three bikes, again weighing up to a total of 45kg.
The rack is really simple to fit, and is even cheaper than the Halfords design.
It just missed out on the top spot, due to a lack of cradles or dividers to prevent bikes from clattering together.
It does come fully assembled, though.
