This innovative lamp from Philips doesn’t seek to change the colour of the beam, like other styling bulbs, but instead it changes the colour of what you can see in the headlight. This version has a blue cap and a partial coating to achieve the effect, and the colour can be seen to one side of the beam. As you’d expect from Philips, the beam shape is good, but that coating saps light and one of the bulbs was noticeably better than the other.
