Halfords Long Reach Extending Car Brush

Overall Auto Express rating

3.0

Best price: £24.99

Halfords loses out to cheaper and more manageable products here. It’s partly down to the fact you need to buy an extra male universal adaptor to plug the brush into the quick-release hose connector. Once you’ve got this, sturdy build quality means this brush works well – even with only 1.6 metres of reach. Water is controlled by twisting, rather than with a button, which can be awkward with wet hands, but there’s variable flow, rather than simply on or off.
