Much more like it! Along with Sakura’s range, Halfords’ higher-end set shows how much cheaper and easier to find decent tailored mats have become. The front pair featured plastic locators for the VW’s carpet pegs and fitted neatly around the floor contours, extending beyond the brake pedal, which was handy. The thick heel pad was well sited, and the wear test produced only a slight mark. We got just about all of the stain out, too.
