Fiat 500 Mirror special editions launched, starting at £13,965

Available on the Fiat 500 hatchback, 500X crossover and 500L MPV, the Mirror edition offers the latest in infotainment technology

The Fiat 500 family will get a new special edition Mirror trim starting from £13,965. It’s set to be available on the standard 500 hatchback and cabriolet, as well as the 500X crossover and 500L MPV.

The Mirror edition is based on the Lounge and Pop Star trim levels and comes equipped with Fiat’s Uconnect seven-inch HD infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. The Mopar Connect app has also been installed for the first time on a Fiat, featuring an accident recovery service.

The Fiat 500 Mirror edition starts at £13,965 for the standard hatchback and is available only with the 1.2-litre 68bhp four-cylinder petrol engine. The 500L people carrier starts from £16,795 and comes with a choice of 94bhp or 118bhp 1.4-litre powertrains. The 500X Mirror starts at £18,250 for the 108bhp 1.6-litre E-Torq petrol engine but the 138bhp 1.4-litre turbocharged powertrain can also be specified with either a five-speed manual or six-speed DCT gearbox from £19,250.

All three 500 Mirror models are painted with a different shade of blue depending on which member of the 500 family you choose. The hatchback sits on 16-inch alloy wheels, while the 500X crossover is fitted with 17-inch matte black alloys. In hatchback form, a seven-inch TFT digital display cluster is also fitted, along with exclusive black upholstery.

The Mirror edition will cost customers an extra £600 on top of the Lounge/Pop Star trim levels from the standard range, but Fiat is offering existing 500 drivers a free upgrade to Mirror trim as a special offer running this weekend (January 20 2018).
