TomTom Via 135

Competitively priced TomTom Via 135 stands out with its simple Speak & Go function. Just wait for the sat-nav to load, tap the microphone icon on screen and say “drive to” or “go to”, then your destination. You can control the map, volume and make a phone call this way as well, and we found the latter works well in conjunction with the built-in hands-free. But while the menus and mapping are easy to use, we’re not sure this is the best of the newcomers. Unlike the Start 60, it doesn’t include European mapping, while the screen is smaller than its stablemate’s. Plus, there’s no live traffic.
