Clarke FP150

Thanks to its large cylinder, the Clarke added the most air to our tyre out of all the single barrel pumps on test – and it’s also quite stable when you’re pumping.

The low price is a huge selling point, too, as is the fact that its gauge matched the reading on our digital gauge. But the dial is too dark to read in a garage, the locking mechanism is fiddly and there’s no accessory storage.
