On display at Paris was the Bugatti Chiron Lego Technic. This is a 1:1 scale version of the Chiron made entirely out of 1 million Lego parts. It even has a working Lego engine meaning 5bhp and a top speed of 12mph.

Alpine showed off its A110 GT4 racing car at Paris.
The facelifted Audi A1 made its Paris debut. The second generation A1 is larger than before and now features a more distinctive look. The A1 has proved to be a hit, with Audi selling over 830,000 models since 2011.

The all-electric SUV got its public debut at the Audi stand in Paris. Competing with the Jaguar I-Pace and Tesla Model X, the e-tron has a 250-mile range and will go on sale in January, priced at under £70,000.

The BMW X5 got its public debut at Paris. There has not been a huge change visually to the new X5 but small details, such as the larger kidney grilles and new rear lights. Prices start at £56,710 and will be available in December.

Along with the new X5, Paris was also the public debut of the new BMW Z4. Built in partnership with Toyota, the Z4 is bigger than its predecessor and will feature more powerful engines than before.

The C5 Aircross Hybrid Concept is a thinly veiled concept of the forthcoming Citreon C5 plug-in hybrid. The C5 plug-in will be the third plug-in variant from PSA, following the Peugeot 3008 and DS 7 Crossback.
