Nudged into second place, the Clarke chest had all the right credentials. The drawers are on ball bearing runners, which made them as smooth as the Draper Expert 4 Drawer, and inside they were fully lined. All our tools fitted in and a tote tray was included. But we were disappointed with a corner rubber which kept falling off. Still, the HD gets our Recommended award.
