The runner-up among our speakerphones last year is still too expensive to be a contender, at £100. It offers top sound quality, and has the added bonus of an FM transmitter to send calls through your car stereo. At the other end of the line, our caller said the Freeway gave the best sound quality, and it’s a great device, but the speaker is really bulky, which hampers its chances here.
