Bosch GDS 18V-LI

As you’d expect from Bosch, this oozes quality. You get a pair of high-capacity 4Ah lithium-ion batteries, fast charger, belt clip and wrist strap on the tool. There’s also a worklight on the nose, plus a neat battery charge indicator. Smooth motor and rapid impact action cleared our tests, but that price is hard to justify.
