Megane R'Sport 250

Stunning new hot Megane storms in with head-turning looks and 247bhp

Watch out Focus RS! The new Renaultsport Megane 250 hits the road this autumn and it’s got Ford’s flagship hot hatch in its sights.

Packing a stunning new coupe-style shape, it boasts an aggressive bodykit with an array of bright colours and contrasting piano black trim. There’s great detailing too – check out the Trophy racer front bumper, centre exit exhaust and gorgeous 18-inch alloys.

Under the bonnet is a revised version of the outgoing car’s 2.0-litre turbo engine, producing 247bhp, which should mean 0-60mph in six seconds. With a grippy chassis and the option of a limited slip differential on the all-new Cup version, it’ll be a match for the Ford around corners. Brembo brakes complete what’s set to be a might performance package.
