Alfa has cranked up the power on its MiTo supermini...

All the flair of the 8C supercar, but at a fraction of the cost! This is Alfa Romeo’s new MiToGTA – a stunning turbocharged flagship that made its worldwide debut at Geneva.

Boasting pearlescent white paintwork with a contrasting bodykit complete with a front splitter, mesh air intakes,plastic side skirts and a power bulge on the bonnet, it really looks the part.

Powercomesfrom an all-new 1,750cc four-cylinder turbo engine with237bhp - all of which is sent to the front wheels. Expect a 0-60mph time of around six secondsand a top speed of 150mph. The newcomer is set to have a price tag ofaround £18,000, and UK sales will start in early 2010.
