With deliveries beginning in May this year, the Evora is already establishing itself as one of the most talented performance cars of the year.

With prices starting at £47,500, it's not cheap and lands the Lotus firmy in Porsche Cayman territory, but the Norfolk-based firm is confident it can hold its own.

And the Evora family looks set to expand, too. Lotus has already confirmedplans to develop an automatic model and even an Evora roadster, while ahigh performance version with more power is also likely.
