Ford was the market leader, having introduced the kit in the mid-Eighties. Now, other firms have woken up to the benefits, including Jaguar, Land Rover, Skoda, Mazda and MINI. Prices start from as little as £100, but if you tick the box for it on a MINI, it will set you back £400. While you’re unlikely to get your money back in either case, we think it’s worth considering all the same.
