Nothing gives you a warm glow on a freezing winter’s morning like a heated windscreen. Tiny elements embedded in the glass melt ice in seconds, meaning you no longer have to endure frostbitten fingers from frantic scraping.

Prices start from as little as £100, but if you tick the box for it on a MINI, it will set you back £400. While you’re unlikely to get your money back in either case, we think it’s worth considering all the same.
