As well as being fast and cheap, Vcheck produced clearly laid out results. Yet while the online report has help buttons, we wanted to chat to someone for details. When we called, an answering service told us to go online. Vcheck didn't look for finance history - and this should have been made clearer - nor did it include mileage, valuation or a guarantee. It did spot the Mazda's past, though.
