This is the course for you if you want to know how to exploit your car’s true potential, but in the safest way possible. Based on the roads around Oxfordshire, the Drivetrain day focuses on hazard perception, safe, smooth driving, overtaking and judging bends.
Firstly, candidates are assessed by a course tutor, who will then demonstrate exactly how it should be done. Then it’s over to you – you are given around five hours of tuition on a variety of challenging roads, with hints and tips as you drive. To wrap the course up, at the end of the day you’re provided with a debriefing and some advice on the essentials to remember.
