Mio Navman EZy Wide

Price: £69.99 Contact: www.halfords.com

Disappointingly slow performance from this slightly old Mio device. The Ezy Wide takes multiple taps to get going, it’s tricky to select buttons on the touchscreen and the menu is confusing – it’s not as intuitive as the systems used by TomTom or Garmin. The device was also slow to recognise that we’d veered off the route, and it took 20 seconds to get us back on track. Admittedly, you can’t expect too much from a £70 device, but don’t be surprised if you soon become frustrated with the Mio.
