The BMW M Performance line-up has been expanded. On display at the Paris Motor Show is a BMW 335i, complete with the latest M Performance enhancements which go on sale at BMW dealers this month.
The BMW 335i M Performance features 20-inch alloys, uprated suspension and a tweaked bodykit all designed by M Gmbh, BMW’s performance arm.
The latest M Performance options are also available on a number of 5 Series, 3 Series and 1 Series models.
BMW has also confirmed an optional M Performance power upgrade for models with the 2.0-litre four-cylinder common rail diesel engine.
Cars set to benefit include the 120d, 320d and 520d, and the engine upgrade includes the addition of a larger intercooler and a remapped ECU, which takes the power up from 184bhp and 380Nm of torque to 200bhp and 420Nm.
This knocks up to a second off BMW’s claimed 0-62mph times, depending on the model, but doesn’t affect fuel consumption.

nice to see BMW appealing more and more to the chavs with their tacky body kits and graphics.
