You can pay up to £250 for a picnic set from upmarket department store Fortnum & Mason, but this cool bag is a far more reasonable £40. It’s still expensive – most similarly priced rivals have settings for four – but it’s well made and even has embroidered napkins, as well as a sharp knife and chopping board. There’s loads of food space, but the handles make it difficult to carry, and the glasses and plates are plastic.
