It has sliding wheel chocks, straps (with the holder for easier fitting) and a spring-loaded locking downtube support, so it takes bikes of various sizes. For drivers with standard roof bars, it’s great value as adapters are supplied. But construction isn’t easy, with no text explanation, and while the Giro is cheaper than the Thule, it doesn’t have its plug and play convenience.
