MPG Calculator app review

Price: Free | Available for: Android

MPG Calculator: Fuel Logging has a very busy interface, with ads getting in the way. Text is relatively clear and inputting data is easy, yet – as with some rivals – there is a scroll wheel-style input, coupled with the familiar smartphone tap and type. But the latter kept positioning the cursor in the wrong place, which was frustrating.

In-app purchases (for £1.99) remove the ads and add premium fuel analysis. And although there are lots of graphs, to spell out data, they’re very small – even on the big screen of our LG G3 handset.
