Car Deal of the Day: BMW iX2 is a compelling coupé-SUV for £270 a month
The BMW iX2 uses the same efficient underpinnings of the iX1, but adds a coupé-SUV design. It’s our Deal of the Day for 7 August.

The BMW iX2 electric coupé-SUV is all about head-turning style – and at this price, you'll certainly be giving it a second look.
Through the Auto Express Buy A Car service, Carwow Leasey is offering the iX2 for a super-low £269.67 – easily the cheapest price we’ve ever seen for this model.
A 12-month initial payment is required to kickstart the agreement, which comes to £3,531.04, while mileage is capped at 5,000 a year.
Naturally, you can adjust the deal should you wish. If you want to pay less upfront, then a nine-month initial payment might be the best route and comes to £2,918.23. Select this, and the monthly outlay only rises to £291.47.
Mileage can be adjusted to 8,000 annually for just £11 extra a month on the nine-month initial payment plan, or £15.34 on the 12-month one.

The iX2 is a more boldly-styled take on the more conventional iX1 SUV. Its lower roofline and more angular design give it a more aggressive character than its sister car.
At 65.2kWh, the battery pack is slightly smaller than that of the iX1, but the range is identical. For this eDrive20 model, BMW claims 318 miles. We'd expect an average of around 260 miles in normal driving.
The iX2 is a fun car to drive, with sharp steering and a firm ride. But it’s at its best on the motorway, with high levels of refinement and noise-suppression.
This deal gets you the entry-level Sport, which comes with BMW’s excellent curved display and infotainment system, parking sensors, a rear view camera, practical 40:20:40 rear seats and an electric tailgate.
