Archos AV700

Movie fans will love this huge Archos offering! It might not be palm-sized, but the crystal-clear seven-inch widescreen display offers a truly cinematic experience. Television recordings were reproduced in stunning clarity. Sound quality on movies and music files was top notch, too. We like the smooth operating system – identical to that on the AV500 – and it comes with lots of extras. However, the unit’s whopping size and equally large price lost it points.
