MINI Crossman
chief designer Gert Hildebrand says four is a key number for the new Crossman. It’s the first MINI with four-wheel drive and four doors, there are four individual seats (although you can have five as an option) and it’s the fourth model to join the line-up. The Crossman is higher and wider than a Clubman, but only 10 centimetres longer, and it will offer new levels of practicality, with its spacious interior and permanent all-wheel drive.
Plus, with the same choice of diesel and turbocharged petrol engines as the hatch, it should be a riot to drive, too, when it goes on sale in September.
