Draper 27298

The 27298 gauge is the cheapest on test and, apart from a Draper logo on the side, it’s identical to the PCL TDG16C01 (right) – which is £1.10 more. The black text is on a silver background and the measurements are at 1mm intervals, plus there’s a special marking for the 1.6mm limit – yet this doesn’t stand out as much as a dedicated colour indicator. There are instructions on the back of the display pack, too.
