Top performance, but with a top price by some margin, so this Dyson vac is too expensive to restrict to car use only. Its great range of tools, including floor heads and extension tube, makes it superb around the home. If you can use it indoors then that high price is easier to justify. Our cleaning tests saw it matched by the Dustbuster and it’s less wieldy, but for indoor and outdoor use it can’t be beaten.
