Silverline Tyre Dial Gauge

Overall Auto Express rating

2.0

Price: £6.50

First impressions were good, with a useful 170psi maximum although the pack says 0-100. The rubber-encased dial is large and the hose slips on the valve neatly, but the reading is not held off the tyre. And even on the tyre that high maximum means small gradations on both metric and imperial scales. These are hard to read, and the needle could be narrower.
