Tesla approved used scheme

Everything you need to know about Tesla's approved used scheme

It hasn’t been around for long, yet Tesla builds some of the most desirable, cutting-edge products out there – and this year it topped our Driver Power makers’ chart.

Often compared with Apple because of its hi-tech approach, Tesla already has an approved used scheme in place for its Model S, with 38 cars available as we went to press. Prices ranged from £49,950 for a 28,700-mile 85 on a 14-plate to £96,000 for a 2015 P90D AWD that had covered 4,000 miles.

There’s no age or mileage limit for Teslas offered via the scheme, and all come as standard with a four-year/50,000-mile warranty, along with European breakdown assistance. Before being offered for sale, there’s a 200-point inspection, which is the most comprehensive here. The warranty can’t be extended, but all Teslas come with free software updates for life.
